退款政策(繁體中文)

由於 Biikul 提供的是數位內容與 AI 計算資源服務,一旦服務經由用戶確認並開始執行(如點數已扣除、AI 已產出內容),原則上不予退款。

一、退款資格

  • 僅限購買後 7 天內,且「完全未使用」任何點數或服務之訂單。
  • 若已使用任何點數或功能,即使僅部分使用,亦不符合退款資格。
  • 數位下載商品(如 PDF、電子書)一經下載,即不接受退款申請。

二、手續費

  • 退款時將扣除金流平台(Lemon Squeezy)產生的相關交易手續費。
  • 實際退款金額為原始付款金額扣除平台手續費後之餘額。

三、申請方式

  • 如需申請退款,請於購買後 7 天內透過官方聯絡信箱提出申請,並提供訂單編號。
  • 我們將於收到申請後 5 個工作天內回覆審核結果。

四、例外情況

  • 若因 Biikul 系統錯誤導致點數未正確入帳或服務無法使用,將全額退款,不扣除手續費。

Refund Policy (English)

Due to the digital nature of Biikul’s services and AI computational resource allocation, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been initiated or used (e.g., credits consumed, AI content generated).

1. Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for “fully unused” credit packages or subscriptions within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once any credits or features have been used, even partially, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, eBooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

2. Transaction Fees

  • Any transaction fees incurred by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refunded amount will reflect the original payment minus any applicable platform fees.

3. How to Request

  • To request a refund, please contact us via our official email within 7 days of purchase, including your order number.
  • We will respond with a decision within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • If a refund is required due to a system error on Biikul’s end (e.g., credits not properly credited, service inaccessible), a full refund will be issued without deducting any fees.
