歡迎使用 Biikul。請於使用本服務前詳細閱讀以下條款。使用本服務即表示您同意受本條款約束。

一、服務內容

  • Biikul 提供數位產品下載（PDF、電子書等）及 AI 網頁工具服務（AI 文章生成輔助、SEO 檢測工具等）。
  • AI 工具採點數制，用戶購買點數後自行操作使用，每次使用消耗對應點數。
  • 所有服務均為自助式（self-serve），Biikul 不提供人工操作或代為完成內容之服務。

二、帳號責任

  • 您須對帳號安全及所有帳號活動負責。
  • 請勿與他人共享帳號或將點數轉讓給第三方。
  • 如發現帳號遭未授權使用，請立即通知我們。

三、付款與點數

  • 所有付款透過 Lemon Squeezy 處理，適用其付款條款。
  • 點數購買後即時入帳，點數不設有效期限（除非另行公告）。
  • Biikul 保留調整點數定價之權利，調整前將提前 14 天公告。

四、點數性質與使用限制

Biikul 平台點數（以下簡稱「點數」）為預付服務使用憑證，專供兌換 Biikul 平台上之 AI 工具使用次數，不具任何貨幣價值或法償效力，亦非電子支付工具或儲值帳戶。 點數限制如下：

  • 不得提現：點數無現金價值，不得以任何形式兌換現金、折抵現金，或要求 Biikul 以金錢形式返還。
  • 不得轉讓：點數與購買者帳號綁定，不得轉讓、贈與、出售或以任何方式移轉予任何第三人。
  • 不得交易：禁止在 Biikul 平台以外之任何管道（包含但不限於拍賣網站、社群媒體）買賣或交換點數。Biikul 不承認透過非官方管道取得之點數。
  • 不得繼承：帳號不得轉讓，帳號內點數亦不得作為遺產或以任何方式繼承移轉。
  • 點數失效：若帳號因違反本條款遭停用、或使用者主動申請刪除帳號，帳號內剩餘點數將立即失效，Biikul 不負任何退還或補償義務。
  • Biikul 保留調整點數價格及使用規則之權利，並將提前 14 天公告重大變更。

五、智慧財產權

  • Biikul 平台上的所有數位產品（PDF、工具、介面等）均受著作權保護。
  • 購買後授予用戶個人、非商業使用之有限授權，不得轉售、複製或散布。
  • AI 工具產出的內容歸用戶所有，但 Biikul 保留改善模型之匿名化使用權利。

六、禁止行為

  • 不得以自動化工具、爬蟲或任何非人工方式濫用 AI 工具。
  • 不得用於產製違法、詐欺、仇恨或侵犯他人著作權之內容。
  • 不得嘗試破解、逆向工程或干擾平台運作。

七、免責聲明

  • AI 工具產出之內容僅供輔助參考，Biikul 不對其準確性或完整性負責。
  • Biikul 對因使用服務造成之間接損失不承擔責任。

八、條款修訂

  • Biikul 保留隨時修訂本條款之權利，重大變更將提前 14 天以電子郵件通知用戶。
  • 繼續使用服務即視為接受修訂後之條款。

Welcome to Biikul. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Biikul, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

  • Biikul provides digital product downloads (PDFs, eBooks, etc.) and AI-powered web tools (AI writing assistant, SEO checker, etc.).
  • AI tools operate on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits and operate the tools independently; each use consumes a corresponding number of credits.
  • All services are self-serve. Biikul does not provide human-operated or done-for-you content services.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.
  • Do not share your account or transfer credits to third parties.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Payments & Credits

  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, subject to their payment terms.
  • Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Credits do not expire unless otherwise announced.
  • Biikul reserves the right to adjust credit pricing with at least 14 days’ prior notice.

4. Credits: Nature and Usage Restrictions

Biikul platform credits (“Credits”) are prepaid service vouchers exclusively redeemable for AI tool usage on the Biikul platform. Credits hold no monetary value, are not legal tender, and do not constitute an electronic payment instrument or stored-value account.

The following restrictions apply to all Credits:

  • Non-redeemable for cash: Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, applied as cash discounts, or returned in monetary form under any circumstances.
  • Non-transferable: Credits are bound to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, or assigned to any third party.
  • No external trading: Buying, selling, or exchanging Credits outside the Biikul platform (including auction sites or social media) is strictly prohibited. Biikul does not recognize Credits obtained through unofficial channels.
  • Non-inheritable: Accounts are non-transferable; Credits within an account may not be inherited or transferred as part of any estate.
  • Forfeiture: If an account is suspended due to a violation of these Terms, or if a user requests account deletion, any remaining Credits will be immediately forfeited with no refund or compensation.

Biikul reserves the right to modify credit pricing and usage rules, with material changes announced at least 14 days in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All digital products and platform content are protected by copyright.
  • Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-commercial license. Resale, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
  • Content generated by AI tools belongs to the user, but Biikul retains the right to use anonymized outputs for model improvement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse AI tools.
  • Do not use the service to generate illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or copyright-infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.

7. Disclaimer

  • AI-generated content is for reference purposes only. Biikul does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
  • Biikul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Modifications

  • Biikul reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
